Standard shipping is free on orders over $100 and typically arrives within 4–8 business days via USPS after your order is fulfilled. If UPS is available in your region, you will be provided an option for faster shipping at an additional cost via UPS.

Merchandise and apparel returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase and must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
Gummies and drink returns are accepted within 30 days and must be unused and unopened. If you are unhappy with any hydration, energy, sports drink, or sleep gummy products, please contact sup@offfield.com within 30 days for individual review.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless REDO Package Protection is purchased at checkout, which provides free return shipping and protection for lost packages.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by method. OFFFIELD offers three shipping options, and your estimated delivery date will be shown at checkout. Shipping time begins after fulfillment. Our team does our best to fulfill your order within 2-3 business. Once your order is fulfilled, tracking information will be sent to you via email.
How can I change my shipping address on my order?
Contact us at sup@offfield.com as soon as possible. Please note that once your order has shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to the shipping. If the package has shipped, return and processing fees may incur.
What is REDO, and how does shipping protection work?
REDO is a third party shipping protection service and a partner of OFFFIELD that offers coverage for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. When you opt for REDO at checkout with Checkout+, you can ensure that if something goes wrong with your order during transit, you can easily file a claim for a replacement or refund. This gives you peace of mind, knowing your order is protected along the way! We highly recommend getting REDO for any orders but especially orders that include apparel or final sale items.
Can I still get help if my package is stolen without REDO protection?
Theft has become an unfortunate reality for online shopping. That's why we chose REDO as a great partner to resolve any issues. If you didn't opt for REDO at checkout, unfortunately, we are unable to offer protection for stolen packages. However, if your order was marked as lost or damaged, you can contact sup@offfield.com, and we will do our best to assist you. Please note that without REDO protection, there is no guarantee of a resolution, as REDO handles these claims. To file a claim with REDO, you have two options. First, you can access the link sent to you by the REDO team via email. Alternatively, you can email sup@offfield.com, and we will assist you by filing the claim for a product replacement.
My package shows as delivered, but I haven’t received it.
There are times that tracking shows delivered but it doesn't get dropped off until the next day or so. We recommend waiting three business days, and if you still haven't received it, please reach out to us at sup@offfield.com, and we'll get this sorted out for you.
Where does OFFFIELD ship?
We only ship within the United States. Unfortunately, high quality products like ours are also highly regulated. For the time being, we do not sell our products in Idaho, Nebraska, lowa, North Dakota, Mississippi and the District of Columbia. We feel hopeful they'll catch up to the rest of the country soon. Our shipping policies may change from time to time based on regulations in your location.
What's Your Subscription Policy?
You can subscribe for just about anything these days. Why not OFFFIELD!? We offer an easy subscription program that you can pause, update or cancel. This is how it works, 5 days before your shipment you will receive an email from us that we're preparing your order. You then have 48 hours to decide whether you want to skip the month. You can access your subscription through Account Login portal by creating your OFFFIELD account. Manage Your Subscription Alternatively, you can contact sup@offfield.com for any additional help.
What is the recommended dosage?
Dosing and effects will vary based on the individual. Keep in mind, this all depends on your unique lifestyle and training. Diet, exercise, genetic tolerance, metabolic health, and type of training will have to be taken into account. Your diet will have a more dramatic effect than you may expect. Training on an empty stomach, onset time will take place within 5-15 minutes. Light meal within two hours will increase onset time to 15-30 minutes. And a heavy meal within two hours may increase onset time up to one hour. Dosing should be optimized for 45-60 minutes of training. Please test tolerance and optimal dose during training so you’re prepared and have a stronger understanding of how to self regulate your ECS. The desired effect is not to get "stoned" but a more subtle yet profound euphoric effect. Start low with your first session, and work your way up with each training session (on a different day) until you find the dosing that works best for you. We all have a sweet spot, it may take a little time to find yours. But once you do, you're good to go!
What is CBD and CBG?
CBD is the abbreviation for Cannabidiol. CBD is one of (at least) 120 cannabinoids found in the Sativa L. plant.
CBG is the abbreviation for Cannabigerol. CBG is known as the "mother of all cannabinoids" because in the evolution of any cannabinoid, they all begin as CBG. CBG is a minor cannabinoid, and has become popular for it's complimentary effects to CBD. Recent studies have found that it can also reduce stress and improve short term memory.
CBD and CBG works in conjunction with the body's natural Endocannabinoid System, responsible for the natural occurring "Runner's High" or "Exercise High." Making it the ideal companion for making your fitness routine more enjoyable.
Won't CBD make me sleepy?
CBD has been used regularly as a sleep supplement. However, there is a misconception between inducing sleep and aiding in sleep. Unlike other sleep aids (like melatonin) which induce sleep, CBD does not induce sleep. Many people claim that it provides a calming effect that is an aid for a good night's sleep. This is also helpful for exercise, without any drowsy feeling. We also combine L-Theanine and B-vitamins in our Enhanced Hydration and High-Performance Sports Drink formula to give you energy without the jitters, or Yerba Mate or Matcha in our Enhanced and High-Performance Energy Gummies.
Will I test positive?
Enhanced Hydration Mixes do not contain THC.
Enhanced Energy Gummies do not contain THC.
High Performance Sports Drinks and High Perfomance Energy Gummies contain THC* which will result in a positive THC test if consumed prior to testing (duration of time prior is based on metabolism, testing parameters, and other factors unique to testing and individual). How and where should I store OFFFIELD?
OFFFIELD Enhanced Hydration, Enhanced Energy Gummies, and High-Performance Energy Gummies should be stored in a cool, dry place. Although our High-Performance Sports drink does not need refrigeration, it is best enjoyed cold and crisp. Try to avoid direct sunlight and extreme heat. When exposed to moisture or heat, the product may crystallize but is still effective and safe for consumption. Our packaging ensures that OFFFIELD is ready to go when and where you need it. Keep in it in your pantry or refrigerator, near your spin bicycle or drop it in your pack for a hike.
