For lost packages or free return standard shipping, we offer a third-party service through REDO at an additional cost at checkout. REDO must be purchased along with the return item in the same order. If REDO was not purchased, a return fee and shipping fee will be applied. Only unopened and undamaged products are eligible for a return. Returns are not accepted after 30 days for any reason.
