QUICK UPDATE ON THE LAW
The 2018 Farm Bill changed access to low-dose hemp-derived THC. It legalized hemp and created a new industry that serves responsibly made products to amazing people like yourself, employees people and families, and deserve a chance.
Special interests have taken notice. After the longest government shutdown in history, Mitch McConnell snuck in language into a bill that will ban the entire industry as of November 2026. In favor of the Alcohol industry, poised for huge loses with the emergence of a healthier alternative provided by the new hemp industry.
Why we need your help
If they ban our industry, thousands of small businesses that followed the laws and served their community will get hurt. Here's why they want it:
Less competition for Alcohol. Healthier alternatives have caused a huge decline in alcohol sales.
More control over State Laws. States that voted for legalization and have bipartisan support will be nullified.
Hemp farmers will suffer, jobs will be lost, and research will be slowed. Thousands of people invested their time and money into this new legal industry, which will be taken away for all the wrong reasons.

What makes more sense
Laws should be clear, like many adult-use products and include regulations. This isn't the first time an ingredient needs to be regulated. We do not need to go back to criminalization. Here's what we think makes more sense:
Enforce Responsibly and Nationally
Make testing and labeling requirements standardized.
Remove synthetics from the market.
Put logical science backed caps on dosing.
Adult use only is an obvious one.
Packaging that doesn't market to minors.
Licensing and enforcement of bad actors.
Prohibition Failed Us All
In a short time of post prohibition research, we've already learned so much about the potential. Do not stagnate innovation and progress, only to replace it with fear tactics and stigma. We need potency limits, licensing pathways, and enforcement of the illicit market.
Although there is bipartisan support in your state, politicians are ignoring your voice.
You can make a difference!
